Booking conditions

Your card will be charged for the full amount at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to change prices in the event of an increase of more than 5% in taxes or utility fees between the time of booking and your arrival. In this exceptional case, we will notify you of the specific difference, and you will have the right to cancel the booking; your booking fee will be 100% refunded.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival.

If the booking is made less than 30 days before arrival, a full refund will be issued if the cancellation is made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival.

Thereafter, a 50% refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival. After this, no refund will be issued.
